At DAM SURE L.L.C , safety is a primary concern and priority. The company is fully committed to integrate safety measures in its waterproofing treatment i.e. comprehensive risk assessment & coordinated safety action plans are in place throughout the construction process.
The company's safety policy is implemented rigorously in every project which ensures:

• A safe working environment which is continuously improved with new safer methods of operation.
• Employees and sub-contractors are up to date with the safety hazards, rules and regulations.
• All applicable rules, regulations, and procedures are carried out with best practices and principle.
• Pre-bid safety review of site hazards and construction techniques.
• Every day morning safety review and pre-planning with foremen and other crew members.
• Employee training through workshops and seminars, which includes weekly toolbox talks.

Our Terms and Conditions.

• Roof insulation system warranty will be provided subject to final payment.
• Warranty shall cover maintenance guaranty for roof insulation system against water leakage only and shall not cover other damages or defects. DAM SURE L.L.C is not responsible for any failure of product performance arising from any of the following,

  1. That relates to vandalism, structural defects through design and construction, building alterations or any other cause that is deemed to be beyond the control of our technical hand.
  

  2. Any deliberate or negligent acts or omission by the owner/contractor or any third party. Exposure to any chemical solution, fire or radiation, Natural disasters like, but not limited to hail, floods, hurricanes, lightening and earthquakes.

  3. Settlement distortion resulting in failure or cracking the roof, deck walls or foundation of the building. Any new installation on roof or repairs without prior written approval from our technical hand.

  4. Any kind of execution of job like installation of air condition unit, dish antenna, water tank ,service stair on the roof insulation system should followed by sufficient foundation with a minimum thickness of 10 Cms. Any type of screwing or drilling direct to the insulation system invalidates the guaranty.

• It shall be owner/contractor responsibility to inform us while executing the work mentioned above, for direct supervision of our technical hand.
• It shall be owner/contractor responsibility to maintain a properly functional drainage system for the air conditioning units placed on the roof to discharge their condensation water, avoiding any water stagnation on the roof.
• For Claiming for guaranty, Owner /contractor should produce the original warranty certificate issued by us. Any alteration or modification in the certificate invalidates the guaranty. Re roof Insulation is not applicable.
• Re roof Insulation is not applicable.
• Warranty becomes valid only if the owner/ contractor settles the roofing contract amount in full.
